Spacealyx is an AI assistant, not a person. Everything it answers is generated by a language model running on your own computer — one that reads your Revit model and, when you ask it to, edits it.

Treat what it produces the way you would treat work from a fast, tireless assistant who is sometimes confidently wrong: read it, check it, and never let it reach a drawing or a site without a professional reviewing it first. Spacealyx certifies nothing. It does not replace your judgement, your calculations or your signature.

We say this because it is true, and because it is the law: since 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act has required that a person be told when they are interacting with an AI system. We would have said it anyway.

Without a licence — before you buy one, or long after one ends — it falls back to the read-only tools: query, inspect, audit and report on your model, with no key, no account and no expiry. Security and compatibility fixes reach every install. What a licence adds is the power to change the model, and the local AI that does the changing.

Pro and Max are annual subscriptions, priced in US dollars. Enterprise work is quoted and invoiced separately and is not sold through this site. Your own Autodesk licence is not included.
